微笑空姐的主要特征是：讲究航空服务礼仪，养成微笑迎客、礼貌待客习惯，且在服务过程中面部表情自然、内心情绪温和、言行等协调度高、印象口碑好。

《GN微笑空姐评价指标体系》包括面部表情指数、内心情绪指数、综合印象口碑指数3个一级指标，6个二级指标，16个三级指标。

Key features of Smiling Stewardess are following: Stewardesses are acquainted with Flight attendant service etiquette, smile and are polite to passengers, hold natural facial expressions, a soft heart, and their words and deeds match well, they have a reputation among passengers.

GN Smiling Stewardess Evaluation Indicator System includes 3 first-level indicators that are Facial Expression Index, Inner Feeling Index, and General Impression and Reputation Index, 6 second-level indicators, and 16 third-level indicators.
